Additionally, he aims to address the issue of drug use within our homeless population, which brings challenges to our small business community.

Robert Bruce is committed to supporting stormwater improvements in Norman to reduce flooding, prevent water pollution, and combat erosion. Ward 3 has been significantly impacted by flooding, including a recent road washout, and he will continue to work with constituents to mitigate stormwater issues.
Homeless
Councilman Bruce has prioritized the interests of all citizens, focusing on what his constituents and the majority of Normans want in Council decisions.
