Robert and Janet have lived in Ward 3 for over 23 years. They enjoy being part of the community, where they have raised three sons, all of whom graduated from Norman North.

Robert served in the U.S. Air Force for over 22 years, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and will continue to serve on the Norman Council, bringing these values to Ward 3 constituents. Recently retired, he now has ample time to dedicate to serving Ward 3.
